RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At VIBE, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in their original condition & packaging

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item has a manufacturing defect

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not already been shipped or processed for delivery.

After this period, cancellation requests may not be possible.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
